This website (askon.com.au) is operated by ASKON GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 18 695 249 631), trading as ASKON. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean ASKON GROUP PTY LTD.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. If you engage us to do work, that work will be covered by a separate written contract, and that contract will govern the project.
Information, not advice
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not:
- a quote or an offer to carry out work at any price
- professional advice for your situation, whether building, occupational therapy, financial, or legal
- a promise about what any project will cost, how long it will take, or what outcome it will achieve
Construction outcomes depend on site conditions, scope, approvals, and funding. No two homes and no two projects are the same. Anything on this site about process, timing, or cost is general. It only becomes a commitment when we put it in a written quote or contract for your specific project.
If you are an NDIS participant, information on this site about NDIS funding is general. Your funding depends on your plan and on decisions made by the NDIA or your plan manager, not by us.
Project examples
Some projects shown on this site were delivered by Mark Askew in senior site and project management roles with other builders, before ASKON. The site says this where those projects appear. They demonstrate Mark's experience and track record. They are not projects delivered by ASKON GROUP PTY LTD, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that they were.
Past projects, whatever their outcome, are not a promise about your project. Every project depends on its own conditions.
Intellectual property
We own or licence the content on this site, including the text, images, logos, the ASKON name and wordmark, and the design. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own personal or internal business use, such as sharing our details with an occupational therapist or support coordinator.
You may not copy, republish, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our written permission. You may not use the ASKON name or logo to suggest a connection with us that does not exist.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use this site for anything unlawful
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- introduce viruses or other harmful code
- scrape or harvest content or contact details from the site in bulk
- submit false or misleading information through our quote form, or submit someone else's personal information without their consent
